Stock items may be returned, in the original packaging whenever possible, for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. The customer must accept any shipping charges incurred to return merchandise to the manufacturer. Special order items are not returnable for refund. Special order items may only be exchanged if defective. Ballasts that have been installed cannot be returned for refund, they may only be exchanged if defective.
All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Wholesale Lighting will make every effort to assist in processing any warranty claims with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers in good standing. The defective items must be returned by the customer, in the original packaging whenever possible, to Wholesale Lighting for eventual return to the manufacturer as part of the warranty claim process.
Fixture Troubleshooting Policy
Wholesale Lighting cannot be responsible for any charges incurred as part of diagnosing/troubleshooting a problem with fixtures that have been installed. This includes professional service fees for electricians, lift charges, and materials used in the troubleshooting efforts. If a fixture is found to be defective by a licensed electrician after troubleshooting, Wholesale Lighting will make every effort to assist with processing a warranty claim with the fixture’s manufacturer.
